Fanuel Mqedi is a sustainable development and tourism expert based in Harare, Zimbabwe, with over a decade of cross-sectoral experience in education, social enterprise, and hospitality. He currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Omni Impact, where he provides strategic guidance to programs promoting climate resilience, environmental sustainability, and community entrepreneurship in rural Zimbabwe.

Fanuel is also pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with the University of East London, further enhancing his leadership in sustainable innovation and project development. From 2015 to 2023, he worked as a Lecturer in Tourism and Geography at Richfield Graduate Institute of Technology in South Africa, where he developed and delivered academic programs, supervised student research, and organized experiential learning initiatives. His earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Front Office Manager at Mbizi Game Park and Lodges (2010–2014), where he managed operations, guest services, and staffing.

Fanuel holds a Bachelor of Technology Honours Degree in Hospitality and Tourism from Chinhoyi University of Technology and has also earned a Certificate in Research Skills from UNICAF University. His core skills include project coordination, stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, social entrepreneurship, teaching, and cultural awareness.
