Sandra Eusebia Muomba

Sandra Eusebia Muomba is a development practitioner and climate educator based in Harare, Zimbabwe, with a strong passion for sustainable community empowerment and youth advocacy. She is the Co-founder and current Project Coordinator at Omni Impact, where she leads initiatives focused on climate resilience, environmental education, and holistic development in rural and underserved communities. Sandra holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours Degree in Development Studies from Midlands State University and a Certificate in Climate Education from Teach For All (2022).

Her diverse professional experience includes roles in education, research, microfinance, and banking. From 2022 to 2023, she served as an ICT teacher and climate change educator with Teach For Zimbabwe and Kuyenda Youth Collective, integrating waste management, tree planting, and sexual and reproductive health advocacy into school and community programs.

She also worked as an Administrator at Robindos Research Consultancy, where she specialized in data analysis, proposal writing, and project evaluation, and as a Loan Officer at Kenneth Consultancy International Microfinance, handling client engagement and loan assessments. Currently, she works as a Customer Service Advisor at First Capital Bank, providing mobile banking services, account support, and customer care. Sandra is skilled in communication, monitoring and evaluation, Microsoft Office, and psychosocial support. She is known for her dedication to development work, strong ethical values, and ability to work effectively with diverse groups to drive positive change
